The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. Without them, our stay would have been much more disappointing. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They truly care about their guests and do an excellent job. The room was clean.
The hotel is located on a main road, and our room was on the lowest level, closest to the road, directly opposite a supermarket. It felt more like staying in a cheap motel than in a hotel. The bathroom door didn't close properly, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The private pool in our room was also dirty, which was very disappointing.
The breakfast was very limited and disappointing. There was very little variety, and we genuinely struggled to find something to eat each morning.
