Nice place, HORRIBLE service and communication.

The room is tiny, very, and you have no privacy; the shower is on the main hallway, with a glass door, but the room has a hot stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. Yes, it is tiny, but just to stay there for the nights and for the cost, well, I think it was fine.

First, this is not a hotel; these are Airb&b rooms in a separate building. When we got to immigration, they told us, "This is not a hotel; it is classified as an Airbnb." The "reception" is about a block from the entrance, with only one person, and this person is soooo busy that they answer your messages about one or more hours later, if you are lucky. We were not told about our breakfast until the next day, when we had to talk two blocks to a bar/restaurant to have our breakfast, which was only scrambled eggs, a tiny croissant, and a cup of instant chocolate. We had to ask to please change it for coffee, and the coffee was bad; we went back to the nasty chocolate. There was a holiday in, and the bar/restaurant was closed; we had to buy breakfast that day. They called us at about 10 am, after we messaged them at 7 am, to tell us that they were going to send us the breakfast. I don't have to say that we were already on the road using our vacation time to travel, not waiting for a breakfast that never got there. They never clean the room or change the trash or anything in the room, not even toilet paper; we had to go buy more. The internet was not working for the first 3 days, nor was the TV. We had to put in our own Netflix account to watch something because they have been changing providers for a while. They end up fixing our issues, but I had to nag to get it done and get the manager involved. The person in the other building literally told me I have to take care of two buildings and I do not have enough time to answer to all; that is when I lost it, and I told them that it is not my problem. I need to talk to the manager. Needless to say, we are not using that place NEVER AGAIN!
