Not bad at a distance but disappointing in the detail

The location was great and the price was pretty good for a whole apartment of that size.

Checking in was difficult as I did not receive any prior communication from the owner and had difficulty contacting them, then when I finally did I was told that my confirmed booking was not on their system. Although the apartment looked clean and tidy at first, I found this was not the case. I found, one fridge hadn't been cleaned, areas of mould/moss on the floor at the entry to the bathroom and, much to my disgust, a used condom wrapper poking out from under the bed. The communal staircase was in poor condition and looked like it needed quite a few repairs.

A shambles and a total scam!

Location would have been great it I could have stayed there.

The access code I was given was to an Apartment that was in the middle of a renovation and the hallway was also under renovation. There is no one on sight so it is all done virtually. When someone did respond to my email I was told Apartment 3 not 1 which was what I had the original access codes for. We I replies asking for new access codes for Apartment 3, the replied just reconfirmed that the WIFI details were the same. So I can only assume that they access codes for the Apartment doors are the same for all of the apartments, which was the last straw for making me feel like this was a safe & security property to stay at for three days, so I was given an alternate accomodation by booking.com for the rest of my stay.
