This was a womens getaway to celebrate an upcoming wedding, there were 7 of us. The condo is as pictured, was clean and had plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and great bathrooms. All the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We really loved the large back patio, had plenty of seating, with great views of the ocean and pond. Close enough that you can hear the waves hit the beach. This condo is situated perfectly near the beach and main swimming pool, couldn't ask for better. The ladies also really enjoyed the lazy river that was about a mile down from our unit. Bar and restraunt at the resort must be seasonal, as they were closed our weekend there. Wrist bands were $25 each for the weekend for the use of both pool areas. There is plenty of parking and elevator is available to reach the unit. The grounds were well kept and very clean. It is 30 minutes from town, where there is abundance of restraunts, shops, and bars. All the staff we encountered were super helpful and very pleasant.
We experienced ac issues while here and is the main reason I can not give this particular stay a perfect 10. The ac was running but not cooling. I sent a message after 7pm, temp was 78 at that time and continued to rise that night to 84. The property promptly messaged us Friday morning, stating someone would be out but couldn't give an ETA. I messaged Friday evening to see if someone had been out because it was 78. Was informed that someone had been out and was reported the unit was showing 82 at that time, so the temp was coming down and would take a bit to catch up. Saturday the unit was 75 and of course Sunday morning it finally reached 72 when we're fixing to leave. Ugh! I did message the property about giving some sort of partial refund for the inconvenience and was sent a section from the terms and agreements, where it states there will be no compensation or refunds made. Basically, if they are making effort to resolve the issue, they owe you nothing. I paid in full for the condo at the time I reserved it in the spring and I didn't see any complaints of ac issues. However, the last few months there have been complaints of ac issues on Trip Advisor and Booking.com. The day before my arrival, I was sent an agreement/terms and conditions to esign. I was a bit taken back by some of the charges they can imply on you if something goes wrong. I strongly encourage everyone to request seeing the agreement prior to booking, so you know exactly what you are getting into before you book. By the time you are asked to esign, there is no chance of getting a refund if you feel uncomfortable with the agreement. If something goes wrong that is on the property manager, there is no type of partial refund for any inconvenience or discomfort the unit may bring you. With that being said, I would give this place a second try because we made some happy memories here. Of course the ac is not one of them
