The apartment was exactly as advertised. We loved the central location although there is quite some noise from traffic, as mag be expected in an apartment downtown. The apartment was cleaned daily, the beds were great, the bathroom is modern and luxurious. The kitchen had everything one might need. The safety apt the building was great. The guards helped us check in and out and helped us connect with with the facial recognition system which was very easy and they were very friendly.
There are some minor maintenance items that need addressing, like the toilet roll holder which has gone saggy but nothing that took away from the comfort of the apartment.

The location was great.
No aircon in the bedroom. One roller blind in the bedroom was broken. Staff just took it off and left it lying on the floor. Slept with an open window. There was filter coffee, but no plunger or coffee machine.
