An extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay that ruined a large part of our Bali holiday.

The villa was spacious, private and looked beautiful, but unfortunately, the poor service and problems we experienced overshadowed the positives.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing experience Our stay at Flower Jungle Villa in Bali was completely ruined by the lack of basic facilities, poor cleanliness, uncomfortable conditions and the inadequate response from management. The shower only ran cold water. We reported the problem, but nobody came to fix it until three days later. When someone finally arrived, we were about to leave for the day, meaning we had to endure yet another day without a properly functioning shower. During our stay, both my partner and I became extremely unwell. I had a high temperature, felt very ill and could barely get out of bed. Having no hot water while we were sick made the situation even worse and completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable Bali holiday. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Even worse, there were ants on the bed. This was unpleasant, unhygienic and completely unacceptable for accommodation that guests are paying to stay in. There was also no daily housekeeping until we specifically asked for it. For a villa of this size and price, we expected basic housekeeping to be provided without having to chase anyone. Incredibly, there was not even an iron available in the villa. Another major disappointment was the advertised free airport taxi service. This offer was one of the reasons we chose and paid for the villa, but the transfer was never provided. When I tried to claim it, I was told to contact the booking agency myself, but no useful contact information or proper assistance was provided. Everyone seemed to pass the responsibility to someone else, and I ended up paying for the airport taxi out of my own pocket. In my opinion, advertising a free taxi service and then failing to provide it—or help the guest claim it—is extremely misleading. I feel that I did not receive everything that was promised when I made the booking.

Very unique. Outdoor and Indoor mix is very unique plus the “jungle” gardens was breathtaking and refreshing

There was some construction nearby so the noise was not good in the mornings

Building is amazing . Resepsiyon and restourant worker very good .

Security is so bad. İnside enter my bedroom gecko and I did be help security , he came my room but he did not help me . We did sleep this night sit balcony ,And he did bad look my wife in my room . We do not like his .
