The overall vibe was amazing along with the coffee pods and selection of teas.
The video that was sent to us explaining how to enter the property proved to be such a help so thank you!
The plug in the bathroom sink became stuck however this was a minor issue

Centrale ligging, 5 minuten van de Arena. Ruime suites met airconditioning. Communicatie met beheerder via app verloopt zeer soepel.

Das Appartement ist außergewöhnlich. Man wohnt quasi in einem Palazzo, toll renoviert und wunderschön mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal für Besuche der Altstadt und insbesondere der Arena.
Die Kommunikation erfolgt nur per WhatsApp. Wir haben quasi keinen persönlichen Kontakt gehabt.

The location is perfect. Round the corner from the main shops yet quiet.
The check in process was awful. When we called the owner they told us instructions are sent from a different what’s app number and there will be a video attached. Not good when you don’t have data on your phone!!!! They ask you to upload passport details and this day have not confirmed if these details have been deleted, despite asking 4 times! A local coffee shop were kind to let us use their WiFi. When we got in, we couldn’t find the room, and spoke to the owner who just told us to watch the video rather than be helpful and provide guidance. Impersonal check-in.
