Clean, spacious and well equipped. Hot tub was private and clean. Setting is peaceful and sits nicely in the countryside. The garden was secure for our dogs. The guest book had lots of useful info and led to us choosing a take away, accessing local amenities and trips to various towns and villages. The Guinea Fowl were a pleasant surprise, and as an avid nature lover it was great to watch the swallow and yellow tits enjoy the garden.
Would have liked curtains in the lounge area.

The lodge was beautifully presented and set in a stunning location. It had a really nice homely feel and had everything you needed too in the fully equipped kitchen. The rooms were bright and spacious with comfortable beds and good storage. Walk in shower was lovely being nice and roomy.
The french doors and kitchen area didn’t have any blinds/curtains which would’ve been nice for privacy.
A few additions to the kitchen would be good - hook or rail for towels, somewhere to store food.
Shower shelf would be useful - especially for those who struggle to pick up things from the floor.
