Clean and well-maintained house, with a very helpful owner who went out of their way to assist us. There is also a small pool, perfect for the kids to enjoy, and parking is available right in front of the house.
If you have your own car, it is quite easy to get to the Medina. The house is divided over two floors. The upper floor overlooks the pool, but there is significantly less privacy compared to renting the entire house.

Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Ein absolutes Highlight: der Pool! Besonders begeistert hat uns, dass er sich von selbst reinigt und immer in top Zustand ist. Der Außenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein und man hat seine absolute Privatsphäre. Dort hat man immer Sonne untertags aber auch Schatten, perfekt um ein paar Stunden am Pool zu relaxen.
Der große Wohn-Essbereich ist gemütlich und schön hell gestaltet. Die Küche ist klein aber fein und auf Anfrage haben wir sofort noch ein paar Dinge nachgeliefert bekommen (mehr Tassen, Spülmittel). Auch das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und fußläufig ist ein großer Supermarkt zu erreichen. Von der Hauptstraße aus kann man super easy ein Taxi nach Essaouira bekommen (10 Minuten Fahrzeit, Hinweg 10DH, Rückweg 30DH). Absolute Empfehlung, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Construção nova, em desenvolvimento, com todas os serviços necessários para poder usufruir a pé ( bom supermercado, farmácia, lojas conveniencia). Muito perto da praia, que é fantástica. Piscina privada com grande privacidade e condições. Anfitrião e proprietária sempre disponiveis e preocupados com o nosso bem estar e comodidade. Super recomendo. Excelente!

Things we liked about the property: the location as it was a short drive from Essouira, the interior design was nice, the hot water and privatised pool space.
The road was a complete building side and this was the only property that was “finished”. The road was littered with concrete, pot holes, debris, rubbish, broken glass, broken tiles, trade vehicles, scrap, landfill. It was unsafe to park our hire car but we had no choice. The property advertised and had a secure driveway but the host didn’t let us use it nor give the key for it. It would have helped a lot given we paid for it. We came for our honeymoon and wanted to relax but the whole road was full of disrupting work, the neighbours front left right back and the first floor had building work from 6am until 9pm every single day. It was banging, drilling, vibrating, dust falling inside, debris in the pool, people yelling. We reported it and the host didn’t care, she was rude and inconsiderate. She offered to give us a refund for the last two nights and suggested we move elsewhere, we would have been stranded and she did not want to compensate us for any hassle, inconvenience, lost sleep, lost access to the pool, stress, anxiety, she didn’t even speak to the builders to ask them to be considerate. We booked this property 5 months before and they didn’t bother to set our expectations appropriately. We spoke to the builders who said they’ve been working for months and will continue to, and that the hosts are well aware. They didnt apologise or offer any sort of comfort or compensation or consideration. It was pretty appalling.
