The decor was fun, the kitchen was well kitted out, the garden was safe for the dogs (apart from the gate didn’t lock), there was plenty of seating inside and out , the house was clean, it was a quiet location but only a 15min walk to town and the house was a good size for us (7 people). Also well placed for areas south of Chichester which was where we wanted to go. We also had good comms from the host prior to the holiday.
A few lock issues- the front door was hard to lock, there turned out to be a bit of a knack but this took a bit of figuring out. The back gate didn’t lock at all as the post had moved which was not ideal. The toilets didn’t flush very well, particularly downstairs. The beds were variable- one was super comfortable, two were good but the twin room was not great. There was no hairdryer which was annoying as one was listed so we hadn’t brought one. Felt it was a bit cheeky being asked to strip the beds - it wasn’t even really a suggestion, actually a request. We paid enough for the holiday.

Location did not feel like a ‘holiday home ‘ . It’s located at the back of a large estate of houses with very little green space and parking
Heavy any infestation throughout but possibly due to hot weather
