the 3rd bedroom had no air condition only a fan but was not a strong one. The air condition for the whole unit was low even though we set it too high. The flooring of the unit was dirty. Toilet needs brighter lights. Dryer for laundry didn't work. Our clothes were wet! overall the unit need a major cleaning and upgrade.
