Great location. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, staff very helpful. Struggled to park couple of nights but overflow car park only few minutes walk.

This is an excellent hotel well situated for exploring Exeter and the surrounding areas.
Breakfast is impressive and the restaurant is ideal if you want a chilled night in.
Great and friendly staff and a bonus of ample car chargers.

The kitchenette rooms are lovely and spacious with good facilities. Beds are huge and super comfy, TV was massive! Room was clean and quiet. Staff both at reception and at the breakfast were very friendly and made you feel at ease. Breakfast was especially good with lots of nice options, you don’t feel rushed to get in and out so you can really take your time in there. A lovely stay.

Quiet rooms, great restaurant and bar. Staff very polite and helpful. Only issue, which was not the hotels fault, was the inconsiderate other customers that parked their cars in EV charging spaces, even though they weren't EVs or charging. I did speak with the hotel and they tried to contact the owners but they did not move them in the hour that I waited before I had to leave.
