Comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy mattress, nice communal/ coffee area.
The only negative was that the bunk bed isn’t screwed into the wall so if the person on top rolled over, it would wobble and bang on the wall.

The hostel is in a great location in the centre of Betws-y-coed. The rooms are good, the showers and toilets excellent and clean. The communal area is nice with seating, games, books and maps. There is very minimal kitchen facilities, which is unusual for a hostel, but okay for simple things. We had a problem accessing the property, so make sure you have been sent the door code if arriving out of hours

Staff were super friendly, the addition of the drying room was awesome for when you come in from a hike.
It’s a great area with food options and limitless hikes nearby!
