The location was good - a short walk to the CBD AND Quay. Good security. Plenty of room - 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Key lockbox was a 5 minute walk away from the front door but close for people with a car. The microwave cupboard is head height and easily bumped. The pool was out of commission but weren’t told upfront. Could have been cleaner. Chipped bowls and mugs.

The property was incredibly convenient to spark arena if you are going to a concert. Very clean and tidy. Instructions to get into the property were very clear and easy to follow.
The one thing that could be improved on especially for comfort. The couch was really uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. Lumpy and bumpy.

It had a good location not far from the city centre. The apartment was well equipped. Having 2 bathrooms was helpful. It was on the ground floor.
