Top Lage, superschnell an der Promenade und beim Meer, Lebensmittel Geschäft keine fünf Minuten entfernt und auch die Anbindung in die Altstadt von Nizza mit der Strassenbahn ist gut. Einfacher Check in. Sauberes Apartment, für uns hat alles gepasst.

The place is a good size, and the kitchen is excellent, with everything you need to prepare small meals. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, with a Carrefour just around the corner.
The host was really helpful and gave us clear instructions on how to find the property. The air conditioning was also amazing to have, especially after a day out. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay! ❤️

Gute Ausstattung, Sauber. Lage gut in der Nähe des Meeres (und somit nahe der Tram und des Bus' ins Zentrum und zum Flughafen). Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ruhig (außer natürlich die Flugzeuge aber das ist klar wenn man in der Nähe vom Flughafen ist..)
- Das Ausklapp-Sofabett im Wohnzimmer war SEHR unkomfortabel (Gestell nicht eben sondern Knick in der Mitte, Gestell geht zum Kopf nach unten und wenn man den Kopf Richtung Fußteil legen würde, ist das Problem, dass dort die Matratze nicht vom Gestell unterstützt wird). Wir haben dann die Matratze auf den Boden gelegt, das war deutlich besser.
- Wahrscheinlich gehen von den 3 (Induktions)Platten nur eine, wir haben dazu eine Nachricht + später Erinnerung über den Booking Chat geschrieben, aber nie eine Antwort bekommen (angegebene Handynummer antwortet bei WhatsApp Kontaktaufnahme, dass diese Nummer nicht für die Wohnung zuständig ist sondern man über den Booking Chat schreiben soll).

Good location! Having parking on site was really convenient, although our car was parked under a tree and ended up covered in bird poo lol..
The nearby supermarket was a real plus, and we also loved having the bakery recommended by the host just a couple of blocks away 👌
The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and very noisy. After reading previous guests’ reviews, we decided to take their advice and put the mattress directly on the floor, which worked much better for us.
The main building door was permanently open, and although the windows had keys, they didn’t seem to lock properly. I contacted the host but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Thankfully, nothing happened, but having the building secured would have made us feel more comfortable.
Finally, a small detail — especially in the country of wine 😆 — there was no corkscrew, so that might be a useful addition for future guests.
