The island is amazing and the cabin(s) was another piece of heaven hidden away In gardens that are simply beautiful. Peter has used his expertise to create a private and glorious hideaway close to all amenities . The cacophony of flowers trees and shrubs frame th views which are out of this world . There is no light pollution so watching the sky at night was ethereal. Highly recommended !
The cabin itself has everything you need and is Incredibly private.
We were a ten minute walk from a little shop that has more than the basics and a fantastic pub we chose to eat at every night. The beaches were so quiet and beautiful with gorgeous clear blue seas x
If you want some peace and nature time after a busy holiday in NZ don’t miss out and book today. Peter is so lovely, warm and personable and made our stay, he is respectful of privacy but greeted us with fizz and gave us a tour of the gardens.

STUNNING location. Best sleep we had in weeks and you can honestpy feel your nervous system regulating just being there!
Could benefit from a screen door/magnetic mozie net for summer.

Peter and Adam are amazing, from being greeted with bubbles to a tour of the beautiful gardens and views available. They helped us get a car and find the best places to see during our stay. You are also a stones throw from a store, cafe and 2 restaurants/pubs. Why stay anywhere else!

What a wonderful haven, Peter and Adam have created. It felt like a mini-break in paradise - Chilling out in our private little garden with amazing views over the bay, waking up to the bird song.
Peter has been a fantastic host - lovely welcome tour through the garden, and great tips on where to eat, shop, or walk.
Highly recommend Fantasy Island.
