Lovely revamped property located close to the station

The property is fine The location is what it is

Ein gutes, aber etwas farbloses Businesshotel an zentraler Lage. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet, die Mitarbeitenden äusserst freundlich. Aber einen bleibenden Eindruck hat es nicht hinterlassen.

Lovely clean room in a convenient location beside the train station. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Excellent free tram service to the city centre just across the road.

As a five star hotel we would have expected a swimming pool in the hotel. While the location is very convenient for the train station, the other side of this is that there is a rather rough atmosphere in the area.

It’s a modern business type hotel with all that that entails ….modern, well equipped, clean and generally comfortable. The staff were all friendly and professional.

The location is right opposite the railway station which is handy for trains and access to the airport via tram but not in the nice part of Luxembourg City which is a 20 minute walk away in the Haute Ville. Whilst superficially offering good service there seemed little substance to this . The bar had run out of stock of Aperol and Baileys when we were there and it was not possible to get any food after 21.30 (even at 21.33 when we asked) other than 4 prescribed post-21.30 items . Not even cold snacks off the menu like hummus . So a formulaic corporate hotel lacking a feeling of genuine heart and customer care.
