Personnel très sympathique, disponible, prévenant et souriant.
Literie confortable, équivalent aux photos. Pas de mauvaises surprises.
Piscine agréable avec vue sur le mont meru.
Cuisine très bonne, abordable (aussi pour les boissons) .
Manque de débit pour la douche

Gut gelegen, nicht weit vom Flughafen, gute Lage zur Safari. Für 1 Nacht, wenn man nicht viel Geld ausgeben will, ist ok.
Wir hatten kein WC-Deckel, Teebeutel im Zimmer vorhanden, jedoch fehlte ein Wasserkocher. Auf der Terrasse des Zimmers keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben das Hotel wegen dem Pool reserviert, jedoch fand genau an dem Tag eine Feier statt-der Pool war mit einheimischen überfüllt - leider keine Infos vom Hotel erhalten, sonst hätten wir ein anderes Hotel lieber genommen.

Proximity to the CBD, great view of Mt. Meru, friendly staff, clean rooms, great complimentary breakfast and could do with a bit more variety.
The shower doesn’t have pressure, at all, telephone and internet in the room doesn’t work, complimentary tea and water not replenished for more than a day stay, the water heater switch is placed inconveniently outside the cottage and guests are not informed of this, there’s no guest information package
