El departamento era muy cómodo y el anfitrión muy amable! Disfruté mucho mí estadía.

Tudo novo e de muito bom gosto. TV gigante, varanda, Jacuzzi aquecida e piscina sem aquecimento no condomínio disponível aos hóspedes.

Loved the facilities, gym and pool upstairs. The apartment was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and walk in closet.
Unfortunately check in was not smooth. I had to wait in reception for an hour because apparently the previous client broke the plumbing in the bathroom. Not the owners fault but they left it until I arrived at 5h30pm to tell me that. There was good communication with the owner though.
The apartment lacked a washing machine.

La ubicación y áreas comunes. El tamaño y los espacios para ordenar las cosas.
Lo complicado del condominio para acceder a las áreas comunes, todo necesita intervención del propietario y hace más moroso el proceso. Más aún con la recepcionista de las mañanas que no es tan amable. Las otras chicas 100 puntos.
Tuvimos un problema muy desagradable con el protector del colchón, convirtió la estancia en negativa. Deben mejorar el control de su personal de limpieza. Sobretodo con la ropa de cama.
No había papel higiénico ni jabón de manos.
