Localizarea este foarte bună, aproape de Marină Alimos. Zona este foarte bine luminata seara și plină de cafenele și restaurante.
Camera are un design simplu și modern și a fost curată.
Am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu proprietarii și am primit toate informațiile necesare pentru a ne caza în bune condiții, seara, la ora 23.
Camera este situată la etajul 1 și nu are lift. Dacă ai bagaje grele este dificil sa le urci.
Baia deși arata bine are un miros ușor neplăcut.

Apartment was neat, very tidy, clean, and presented well.
Geographical location, closeness to bars, cafes, newsagents, and local transport options. The building was quiet (indeed, apart from observing someone returning to their own apartment once at the beginning of our stay we did not hear / observe any other visitors to the apartment block.)
Efficient communication from the vendor, by email, with directions to entrance door, door lock code, apartment code.
Local restaurants I’m the immediate are were excellent. Would recommend O Canto pub (Irish bar, one street south-west), or President (approximately 8 mins casual walk away.)
Used Uber which is partnered with local taxi company (for at least the next year), which were all the same vehicle model - we chose standard vehicle - and the drivers were prompt, and willing to engage in conversation.
No welcome pack in the apartment - recommendations for pubs, local transport options, etc.
We didn’t raise these items with the vendor regarding apartment 104, as we were on a tight schedule of activities.
1. Clothes rail missing.
2. Fridge was working but appeared to stop working (defrost) occasionally.
3. Toilet door handle mechanism was a little loose and meant we had to learn how to close the bathroom door to ensure the door remained closed.
4. Blinds across the main door to the balcony were loose (the bracket mechanisms need to be a little closer, and additional screws added).

The shower was excellent and bed was comfortable though oversized for the room, the air conditioning was quiet.
It was not 25m 2, it was barely 20. There was no drawer space at all we had to live out of our suitcases. There was no shelf space in the shower room and no towel rails, the toilet leaked the whole time we were there. The ceiling mounted reading lights were badly placed and a head banger, no balcony furniture was supplied, the bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. No lift.
