The house was beautiful and big. Perfect for 14 adults and 6 kids. Everything was very clean and was an extremely comfortable.loved having the pool right off the living room!
Few things we didn’t like was they don’t tell you before u get there that you have to pay $35 a day for the heat in the hot tub and $100 for grill use. Also the furniture in the living room is old and dingy and not comfortable at all. The couch cushions on the patio were filthy with dirt and stains and the rug going outside was literally crumbling . The trash system is HORRIBLE. There’s a small box outside the house and the raccoons and crows get into the garbage and theres trash all over in the morning. You can maybe fit 2 bags of garbage inside and they don’t collect daily. Clubhouses gave you a hard time getting into them if you didn’t have a QR code (which I never got) so we had to show our entire booking and confirmation everytime we went to them. Kitchen does not have enough pots and pans to cook with for a large family or party and they are so old and not a luxury feel whatsoever, no mixing bowls or large bowls at all either so we just went and bought a few and took them home with us. Bathroom floors and one leading out into the pool area are extremely slippery when wet my husband and a few ppl fell a few times. They could use some non slip rugs in those areas for safety . Not enough towels again for a large party so bring ur own!

The beautifully home and all the themed rooms.
The lack of kitchen cookware and bakeware. I had to go to the store and buy cookware, mixing bowls and other missing kitchen items. Most of the items seemed really cheap and old like if picked up at yard sales. Barely had enough to cook with. Didn’t have enough towels and refrigerator wouldn’t get cold enough. Management team is non responsive which was horrible. We’re not difficult people at all just had some questions that we needed assistance with or to inform them of broken or non working things to make them aware of our findings when we arrived.
