We loved staying in this property, everything was nice clean and comfortable. Close to everything, markets nearby, 7 eleven few steps from the residence. Restaurants are everywhere near the property.

The overall quality of the apartment was quite good. The room was clean, nicely designed, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area was quiet and safe, making the stay pleasant overall.
Communication was quite complicated. Before arrival, I had to register online and chose a “staff-assisted check-in,” but later was informed that no one was available, so I had to check in by myself. However, self check-out was not allowed, and we had to arrange a specific time for staff to come and inspect the room before leaving — which was very inconvenient.
Also, this property is not a real serviced apartment, so there is no daily cleaning and no cleaning tools at all (no broom or vacuum). During our 6-night stay with 4 people (the room can accommodate up to 6), we were given only two rolls of toilet paper and one trash bag, and we literally had to get on our knees to wipe the dust and hair off the floor with tissues.
In addition, the check-in and check-out times are very inflexible — even when there were no guests before or after, any adjustment required an extra fee. Overall, it lacks both the service quality of a serviced apartment and the flexibility of an Airbnb.
