Very convenient lication, metro station in front of the building. Very clean.

Good location and very clean

The pillows are not comfortable at all, only 2 toilet paper rolls left for 3 people and 5 days, not enough towels as well. Everyone gets one big towel and that’s it.

I didn't like that we had to do chores of sorting rubbish and recycles when I'm paying for the stay.

the lady and not the man was kind enough to give us the door code to enter the gate. because the key that they had provided did not open the gate. The room was prepared clean. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom were spacious. the beds were soft. But, the Property managers were not generous regarding drinking water and toilet paper. the impression was they were stingy.

The guy who was going to provide the key. Never gave the key. He message us to wait for 15 mins. Luckily there was some person who was going in and understood that we were also guests in one of the rooms. we did not like that the shower switch was difficult to change. the property only gave two rolls of toilet paper for the whole stay. we were 4 people and they gave only two small bottles of water. one still and sparkling. the place was to only look good (aesthetic but not comfortable) the exhaust duct for the range hood does not go out of the room. it ends at the top of the cabinet. So, if you cooked. the smell and the smoke stayed in the room. the TV was for display. The small lift only accommodates two person or one person with a luggage. the other renters of the building were holding up the lift by other people to wait for their uber eats. I didn't like that we had to do chores of sorting rubbish and recycles when I'm paying for the stay. it felt that we were not it in vacation. It didn't give you good memories staying there.

Dissapointed and scammed

The location was good (but that is why you pay more than futher accommodations, so it comes with the bill). The old charming building and the nice elevator (but again, that is not directly relevant to the accommodation itself). A nice terrace (unfortunately with some flaws explained underneath).

-The terrace (unfortunately, surrounded by other buildings, and next to the building`s air conditioning unit (a very noisy 24/h humming huge installation) 2 meters away from your windows. The apartment is gloomy and have no view. -The apartment is cold, really cold, and you have only two electric heaters left there by the property. The bathroom central system heater did not worked. So, you have to heat 3 spaces with only two radiators. So one of the electric radiators stayed in the bathroom, otherwise, you have to shower in 8-9 degrees celsius. We got cold, both of us, because the stone floors were freezing. One of the electric radiators is blowing warm air, and it is noisy as well. -One sink was clogged and not functioning, the shower need a replacement or a fix as it spills water from both sides. -Not enough toilet paper, not enough garbage bags, no dishwasher detergent, no washing machine detergent, no nothing. If you want to have a coffee, or tea, or to set up a breakfast of dinner, you gotta bring your own supplies. -Becuase of the cold, we had to look for a second blanket underneath the couch, and the blanket was dirty and burnt, and one of the pillows underneath looked yellow and dirty. -If you want to cook something keep in mind that you first have to unplug the heaters and cook in the cold, because otherwise the electrical system will shut down your electricity, as we experienced. -The keys for the check-in are several metro stations away, so one hour lost before check-in and one hour lost at check-out. -They imply fines that are not listed anywhere on booking (50$ fine if you dont let the keys on the table, messaged after 1,h after the checkout. 90 euro cleaning fee because the cleaning staff opened the dishwasher machine before the washing cycle was done, and we left 2 bags of salad, 2 bottles, and a bag of chips in the fridge. Thanks to booking, we got our 90 euros back after 2 weeks. Be aware.

Posizione centralissima, oltretutto a due passi da tram e di fronte alla fermata metro crocetta, zona tranquillissima, mai incrociato brutta gente. struttura accogliente e ben organizzata

Ascensore un po' piccolo, ma non dipende dalla struttura, essendo un condominio. Aggiungerei qualche appendino per i teli doccia in bagno. Non ce n'è nemmeno uno

Appartement très bien situé. Proche de toutes les commodités, joli et parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes.

Le canapé lit devrait être changé, pas très confortable et le ménage est fait en superficie.
