Прекрасное расположение абсолютно все рядом: море - прекрасный ухоженный, чистый , большой пляж, прекрасная набережная, которая после заката играет новыми красками и просто оживает, многочисленные магазинчики, рынки с свежими фруктами и овощами, кафе и рестораны. Цены в этой части Дурреса очень приемлемые.
Квартира не большая, но очень уютная, отличный функционал, гармоничная, комфортная большая кровать с ортопедическим матрасом, а с маленькой террасы открывается вид на море.
Отличный, вежливый и очень радушный хозяин, который действительно заботится о комфорте гостей.
Для нас это не было проблемой, квартира на 5 также без лифта.

Riccie je mily ubytovatel, v pripade potreby ihned odkomunikuje co treba. Dovolenku sme si uzili a radi sa niekedy v buducnosti vratime :)

umiestnenie app na dobrom mieste, pláž za rohom - vidno z balkonika app, promenada na vecerne prechadzky, restauracie a bary + fastfoody na každom kroku, len si vybrat, majiteľ app milý, ústretový , čo sme potrebovali vybavil, ubytovanie vrelo odporucame, urcite sa este vratime, boli sme v juni a pocasie bolo super + more ovela teplejsie ako v chorvatsku, veľmi sme si to užili
trochu slabšie vybavená kuchyňa, ale všetko sa dá dovibaviť, hlavne väčší nôž na krájanie mäsa atd a brúsič na nože a tiež mikrovlnku na ohrev jedla a trochu viac hncov na varenie ale nie su to neprežitelné podmienky

This is an incredibly cozy apartment, with all the amenities and everything you need. Great location, very close to the sea, the owner of the apartment also kindly provides an umbrella that you can use on the beach😍
Near the house there is a bazaar and a huge number of cafes and restaurants with a variety of cuisines. Richard is a wonderful person, helped with all questions, was always in touch. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely come back again❤️❤️❤️
