Balbina met my brother for a smooth handover. She communicated well with us ahead of time and provided the info we needed via WhatsApp. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need. She was so lovely and provided us with coffee and biscuits on day 1. Having a big space and two bathrooms (one with a bidet) was great for the 3 of us. We were 15mins from restaurants, shops and the harbour. We had a lovely ocean view and a little balcony. Since we stayed for 8 days we had the apartment cleaned half way through which was needed! We were also lucky to have our own private parking space which made all the difference!

The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, spacious and had everything needed. Great value.
The access keys were confusing. We were given 7 keys and told 2 opened the downstairs door and the apartment. However one night when we arrived back at 7.30pm the metal gate accessing the 1st floor area was closed and locked. Fortunately someone leaving let us in. The next day we tried all the other 5 keys in it and none worked. The agent came the next day, gave us her key and then said we could access via the garage and level -2. We also found out via a resident there is a keypad with access code to open the gate.

Tenía garaje
Vecindario ruidoso, edificio encima de carretera vía rápida. Había mucho ruido de día y de noche por el tráfico de coches y motos. Y los vecinos eran muy ruidosos y estaban reformando el piso.
