Małe, ale komfortowe, jasne mieszkanie. Wygodny parking w garażu ( ale niestety dodatkowo płatny )
Brudno. Niestety apartament był brudny. Najgorszą rzeczą była brudna pościel. Prześcieradło w dziwnych plamach wyglądało to na krew (odwróciłam na drugą stronę trochę było lepiej :) Było czuć, że pościel nie jest świeża. Ręczniki też nie były za czyste.
Dużo kurzu, przede wszystkim na kanapie. dziwne plamy na podłodze pod tv.
Fajne mieszkanie , ale niestety jeśli podstawowe rzeczy są brudne nie chce się tam przebywać .

Die Schalldämmung ist schlecht. Man hört sowohl den Lärm von der Straße als auch von den Nachbarn.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, cisza i spokój, a jednocześnie wszędzie blisko. W pobliżu znajdują się Żabka, Biedronka i Lidl. Mieszkanie jest w pełni przygotowane do zamieszkania. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy
