I have stayed here numerous times now and it is extremely good value
Parking charges are high compared to room prices. I disagree with guests especially regular guests paying for parking

I’m quite surprised by the ratings. I stayed here last August for an event, and again this year for the same event.
It does exactly what it says on the tin. Budget accommodation.
Staff member on the desk was friendly, happy, welcoming.
Room was clean & comfortable - we were in the very end room in the corridor so maybe that’s why we didn’t hear any noise like other guests report but we genuinely didn’t see another person!
Lots of parking, close to the venue we were at.
There was no bar or food. It’s breakfast only.
