Host was very kind and accommodating. The view of Doi Chiang Dao was gorgeous.

Just as described! You get the entire space to yourself - no shared areas with other guests. This is a standalone traditional Lanna house, set right next to a lush lawn. Step out your door and you’re face-to-face with open green fields, buffaloes grazing, a few geese wandering about, and a stunning mountain backdrop. It’s genuinely immersive and serene.
Inside, the house has everything you need: microwave, toaster, kettle, cups, coffee, and drinking water - all thoughtfully provided. The location is convenient too - within walking distance to the town center and plenty of nearby restaurants. If you want to explore further, the host offers motorbike rentals at a fair price.
The host doesn’t live on-site, but he's only two minutes away and checks in daily to tidy up, refill water, and make sure everything’s running smoothly. He’s warm, responsive, and genuinely welcoming.
As for the “downside” - being this close to nature in a wooden house does come with a few ants and the occasional bird dropping around the property. But honestly, it’s completely acceptable, especially for the Chiang Dao mountain area. If that bothers you, you’re probably better off booking a standard hotel. But if you're after charm, space, and a real connection to the landscape, this place is hard to beat. Would absolutely stay again.

วิวสวยมาก เป็นวิวดอยหลวง กับทุ่งโล่งที่มีวัว ควายและห่าน บรรยากาศใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ เหมาะกับการหนีความวุ่นวายในเมืองมาสัมผัสบรรยากาศชนบท เจ้าของที่พักน่ารักและเป็นกันเองมาก แนะนำทุกคนที่อยากใช้เวลาสงบ อยู่กับตัวเองและธรรมชาติ 😌
