The appartment is newly furnished and renovated. It has a good size separate kitchen. It is in a quiet area, in oldish part of the city. There is a lot of space to park your car and can see it from the window. The public transport is nearby as well since it is better not to take a car into the Old Twon since there is not much parking space and it is expensive to park. A grocery store is not far away but rather not a walking distance although getting there by car is not a streight forward way to do it. The building is shabby but at least you get to be in real, old Riga.
Although appartment is really nice I think it is not too good for two people since the sofa is quite small. The sink is tiny and there is no way to use it and not to splash water to the floor but there is nothing to dry it with. The shower cabin is small with a plastic curtain that sticks to you while washing. It would be better to have a door. There is a really bad smell in corridor leading to the appartment that it is too bad nobody is doing anything about it but when you enter the appartment it is ok, in different time and age :). It would be good to have couple of pots and a frying pan for cooking. Not all in huge sizes since one/two persons do not need to cook a lot.

Location. The apartment is clean, tidy, and has everything you need.
Checking out of the apartment is at 11 instead of the usual 12. But that's not a big deal.

Kaks kõige suuremat miinust on ehk veidi kõrvaline asukoht, kuid autoga olles polnud see suur probleem. Kõrval paistis olema ka ühendus trammiga ja muud ühistranspordivõimalused. Teine veidi miinus oli, et magama peab diivanil, kuid see oli üllatvalt mugav ning meie mõnepäevase peatuse ajal probleeme ei tekitanud.
Muu on ülivõrdes. Maja näeb väljast ehk veidi räämas välja, kuid tuba oli igati kena ja korras. Olemas on kõik mugavused, mida oodata võiks - toiduvalmistamise võimalused, kohvimasin, pesuruum, teler, wifi jne.
Võtmete saamine oli kiire ja muu ka lihtne ning mõnus.
Mitte väga kaugel on ka suurem kaubanduskeskus, kui on vaja süüa või midagi muud. Kõndimise ajaks näitas Google maps ehk 20 min, autoga kusagil 10-12 min.
Kokkuvõttes on koht igati oma kõrget hinnet väärt ning peatuksin ka teinekord, kui Riias vaja pikemalt olla.
Soovitan soojalt.
Magamiseks võinuks ehk pärisvoodi olla. Samas oli diivanvoodi piisavalt suur kahele inimesele ja ka mugavus polnud vähemalt meile probleem.
