El alojamiento estaba en un sitio clave para hacer la actividad con los tiburones ballena. Nos encantó el personal, muy amable y atento. Tienen comida local e internacional.

It was really comfortable and clean and located 3 min drive from the pier for whale shark tour boats. We were afraid reading all the negative review comments but there was nothing wrong with the rooms. We had number 1 and 2.
Nothing really given this is exactly what it says: a transit hotel so you do not expect a great beach or fancy facilities.

Convenient for a whaleshark trip

It was close (2 minutes by car) to the pier where our whale sharks tour started. The room size was good. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly good for the area like this.
If the room I can rate 3* then the bathroom is solid 1* suitable only for cheap beckpackers guesthouse. One of the worst bathrooms I have been to. I felt disguisted to use it. The main room was also full of ants (tousands of them) - the receprion gave us spray and we killed them but we had to sleep with this smell of this harmfull chemical spay after that. In our second room we did not spay and it was full of ants and mosquitos I think because cleaning let them fly in while cleaning (a lot of mosquitos outside so no surprise). There are 2 hotels near the strating point of the tour so do your research about the second one, especialy about the restaurant because there are no decent places to eat except in the hotels in this area if you dont eat in the local warungs.
