Emplacement idéal, proche du lac et de tous les commerces, relativement calme (restaurant en-dessous mais bruit pas du tout excessif pour ce type d'établissement), places de parking, spacieux et lumineux.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet ist. Sehr besonderes Ambiente und viel Platz zum wohlfühlen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist für Belange perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Il pourrait etre mieux

L'appartement est bien, spacieux, avec 2 chambres et demie, deux salles de bain, un salon et une cuisine. Tout est vieillot mais bien équipé. Le stationnement est limité, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de problèmes à Gérardmer. Il manquait quelques détails, que nous avons facilement réglés à nos frais. Aucun problème ; la plupart des choses étaient disponibles.

Le gérant n'était pas présent sur place, et nous avons eu des problèmes avec lui. Nous avons reçu des dizaines d'e-mails et d'appels téléphoniques. Un travail. Pourquoi ? Ils ne répondent pas a tout le contenu des e-mails, seulement à l'essentiel ; tout est très automatique. Par exemple, ils nous ont dit que le Wi-Fi fonctionnait, et dans le même e-mail, qu'il n'y en avait pas. Nous en avions besoin, et nous avons demandé des explications. Nous n'en avons jamais eu. Nous avons découvert après notre arrivée qu'il y avait du Wi-Fi. Ils demandent une caution de 1 000 €, mais ils font l'évaluation des dégâts eux-mêmes, peut-être par l'intermédiaire de la femme de ménage ; ils ne vérifient pas avec vous. Nous avons eu du mal à payer cette caution. Le site web vers lequel ils nous ont dirigés pour payer ne fonctionnait pas. Des dizaines de tentatives, sur plusieurs ordinateurs et téléphones. Rien. Nous avons proposé de payer en espèces à l'arrivée. Non. De faire un virement bancaire. Non. De passer chez eux à La Bresse avec une carte de crédit. Non. Finalement, ils nous ont donné les codes sans verser l'acompte. Une heure avant notre arrivée. Pendant que nous étions en déplacement. L'obtention de la facture pose toujours problème. Ils prétendent générer les factures automatiquement et ne pas pouvoir les modifier, ce qui est auto-référentiel. Nous avons transmis les informations à Booking.com et leur avons envoyé un e-mail à temps. Mais à ce jour, nous ne savons même pas s'ils ont respecté les délais comptables. De toute façon, nous ne les avons pas encore reçus. Pour tous les autres hôtels et appartements de notre voyage, Florence, Turin, Cogne, Aoste, Crans-Montana, Nancy, Munich, Villach,, nous les avons en main, immediates et parfaites. Pas pour Gérardmer. Que dire ? Leurs intentions sont bonnes ; ils ont probablement besoin d'affiner leur organisation.
