- Staff is very friendly
- Very fast internet but the network was sometimes unstable
- Drinking water
- I had the room with a window inside the building. So basically it's like a room without window.
- water problems (but it's common problem for Langkawi during dry season)

Staff not friendly, room is very small, no windows, not so clean
