The apartment is great, cozy and welcoming. The bed is comfy and the window has a nice view on the street.
The host is helpful and replies quickly to the messages.
The apartment is located by the modern center of the city, which makes it easy to reach any facility. It takes a 40min walk to get to the old town, otherwise public transport is also very efficient.
I would 100% recommend!
The only detail I'd like to point out is that the opaque curtains (the ones you have to roll down) do not completely isolate the room from the sunlight. This is a very small issue that didn't interfere much with our stay, but it could be a bigger deal for those who have trouble sleeping.

Sehr zentrale Lage,
bequem per Tram 10 vom Bahnhof W.-centralna erreichbar,
gute Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin,
alles war sehr sauber,
gute Ausstattung,
