Lokalizacja super, nie tłoczno niż przy centrum ok.1500m ,plaża prawie dla siebie, ratownik co 300m, widok na morze z balkonu przepiękny i ten szum fal. Piękna promenada na spacery czy trening. Do portu też ok.1500m. Przystanek pod domem. 4piętro na poddaszu, brak sąsiadów balkonowych, cisza i spokój. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, rozmieszczone pokoje osobne nie wszystko w jednym, na wyposażeniu leżaki i parasol plażowy. Komunikacja super, dobry punkt do odpoczynku i zwiedzania Rzymu.
Małe usterki przybrudzone ściany, czy urwana spłuczka w toalecie, ponoć po wcześniejszych lokatorach.
Winda do 3piętra mała i ciasna nie korzystałam bo się bałam.
Przydałoby się odnowić balkon i roletę.

The location is excellent, directly in front of the sea. You only need to cross the road to reach the beach. The sea view is beautiful and overall the apartment is in a very convenient location.
The cleanliness needs more attention. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell and the bathroom and kitchen did not feel properly cleaned to the standard we expected. The towel rail in the bathroom also looked old and not very clean and could do with being replaced. Another issue was the air conditioning. The property is advertised as having air conditioning, but there was only one unit in the living room. Neither of the two bedrooms had air conditioning, only fans, which made the rooms very hot and uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
There wasn’t anything major to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would be that the stay went by too quickly. Overall, everything met my expectations, and I had a very pleasant experience.
