The property was in a nice location, close to the mall and near a number of restaurants in the neighborhood.
I was never able to get hot water from the shower. I called the building management and I didn’t do anything. The batteries for the remote to the TV were dead so I had to reach out to management about that.

El departamento estaba en un edificio moderno y era muy limpio, con rico olor y prolijo. En la cocina encontrás todo lo necesario para cocinar y más (hornallas eléctricas, horno eléctrico, utensilios de cocina, de todo!). Fui a San Pablo por un concierto (que tristemente se canceló 🥲) y el departamento quedaba cerca de la estación de metro que llevaba al estadio. Súper recomendado, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta la relación calidad - precio. El anfitrión siempre atento y contestó a todas mis dudas. Tiene portero 24 horas.
No tengo quejas, sinceramente, solamente una recomendación: Quizá estaría bueno dejar recomendaciones turísticas y/o gastronómicas al huésped. No es que sea absolutamente necesario pero sí creo que pueda sumar a la experiencia del huésped :)

A limpeza do local e o cheirinho de limpeza uma perfeição. Tinha tudo que eu precisei no apartamento. Sempre que vou, fico nesse prédio devido à localização, comodidade e ao nível de educação e simpatia dos funcionários.
Área (metragem) do box; mas pq sou grande.

A localização é excelente, com muitas facilidades no entorno, incluindo um Shopping muito completo.
A cama é muito pequena, tipo tamanho cama de viúva. Não cabem 02 adultos de forma confortável.
