What an absolute gem of a hotel in Luarca. Before you even step through the front door you know its going to be perfect. It just looks very welcoming. And it is. Staff are all warm and friendly, always. The decor is exceptional. You can see the thought and work that has gone into the look of the place. Everything is done so well. Really stands out from the crowd. Loved it.

It was clean and convenient. Nice to have a balcony.
No reception, no lights on in reception so when we arrived it was like entering an empty building. Took ages to get the door code to work, and was very frustrating. Breakfast was not available to late sleepers.
