Perfect for a group to cycle in the Vosges

Es gab nur 5 Einzelzimmer und nicht 6 wie angegeben. Betten gab es aber genug. Das mit der Schlüsselübergabe beauftragte Büro reagierte verzögert, war telefonisch teils nicht erreichbar und kam ca. eine 1/2 Stunde zu spät zur Schlüsselübergabe.

Chalet dédié à la location ... et ça se voit beaucoup trop

Joli chalet en apparence, décoré avec goût mais il ne faut pas regarder de trop près. La remise des clés via la boîte a été rapide et bien organisée, le temps de réponse des propriétaires et de la conciergerie rapide et efficace. Tables de ping-pong, fléchettes et bain à bulles sont un plus qu'on échangerait bien au profit de meilleures finitions et prestations de base.

Le chalet n'est tout bonnement pas terminé ni entretenu correctement. Au vu du type d'établissement et de son standing, on ne s'attend pas forcément à rencontrer de problèmes esthétiques et fonctionnels comme de la colle à carrelage sur les poignées et les portes, des pièces pas terminées, des finitions baclées, des ampoules cassées, des toiles d'araignées sur les appliques et des canapés plus qu'usés, mais n'étant pas habituellement trop regardants sur les détails, on peut encore en faire abstraction et passer un bon moment. Il n'en va pas de même pour d'autres problèmes d'hygiène et de maintenance qui peuvent même se révéler dangereux. La liste est longue : laine de verre, mousse isolante et gaines électriques apparentes, prise électrique à côté du bain à remous juste au dessus d'une flaque d'eau présente à notre arrivée, fuites aux robinets, clous et autres vis dépassant de certains sols/murs, seuils de porte manquants, moisissures et traces d'humidité sur les velux et dans des coins de pièces, poubelle de la cuisine cassée obligeant à toucher le couvercle à chaque utilisation ou à la laisser ouverte, vaisselle sale et grasse, poêles très usées, eau stagnante dans la douche et le lavabo à cause d'un mauvais écoulement. Ce logement est uniquement destiné à la location, ce qui n'est pas un problème, mais on voit beaucoup trop que les propriétaires n'y vivraient pas eux-mêmes. Les photos ne sont pas trompeuses pour autant mais ce n'est que de la poudre aux yeux. C'est vraiment dommage parce qu'avec un peu plus d'entretien et de soin, il serait bien plus agréable.
