Very clean and warm. Very close to the new pool and recreation centre ( we were at a competition there). Also near Hagley park and a 15 min walk into the city.
Very quick response when we had an issue with the TV which was fixed the next day
It would have been good to have more info/ tips for use on the appliances

Just need a few more kitchen utensils eg microwave dish etc

We love the location, free parking, clean tidy rooms, everything works well, keyless entry. Also now the new sports centre is open right next door it’s a perfect place to stay.
Mattress on 2nd floor needed turning or changing as it is worn out and dips on one side.
There were a few noisy neighbours after 10pm and at night. We didn’t use not know who to call.
