Everything was just awesome - location close to the old city center, available parking place, plenty of space inside, all the necessary instructions conveniently provided by the host. Also, walking distance to the grocery store. Ah, forgot to say - great beds, that was especially important after the long-long-long flight. And elegant interiors.

MA Suite is a lovely, clean, and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is relatively new, nicely furnished, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the small private garden, which was a lovely extra and a great place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The location is also great — the apartment is easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center, with the main attractions and amenities easily accessible. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, the main issue during our stay was the communication with the hosts and, in particular, the confusion regarding the parking space. There were several hosts involved, and Marina and Adnan were communicating with us alternately through Booking.com. Regarding the parking, we were given two different prices during our communication. In the end, we paid an additional €15 specifically for the parking, separately from and on top of the accommodation price. We therefore expected the reserved parking space to be available upon our arrival. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment, the parking space we had reserved and paid for was already occupied. We ended up waiting approximately three hours for the person who had parked there to return from work and move their car. What was particularly frustrating was that this person had no idea that we had reserved and paid for the parking space for that day. Unfortunately, we did not receive much assistance from the hosts in resolving the situation. Marina was on holiday and was not responding, while Adnan did respond but was unable to communicate with us in English or German. We were eventually referred to a third person who acted as a translator, but they were not directly involved with the apartment or the parking situation. We were even advised to go door to door in the building to try to find out whose car it was. In the end, it was actually the residents of the building who helped us by contacting the person whose car was parked in the space. We really appreciated their help, as without them the situation would have been even more difficult. What was disappointing was that we never received an apology or any follow-up from Marina or Adnan regarding what had happened with the parking. We had travelled from another country with a small child and were visiting the city for the first time, so we were not familiar with the local street-parking rules.

Zentrale Lage, in 10min ist man in der Altstadt. Kontaktloser CheckIn mit Schlüsseltresor hat einwandfrei funktioniert.

Der Boden war ziemlich staubig und in der Dusche ist etwas Schimmel. Die Betten sind eher hart. Der Parkplatz muss zusätzlich gebucht werden, hier zahlt man auch am Anreise- und Abreisetag jeweils die volle Tagesgebühr.

Gute Lage, nahe der Altstadt und einem Einkaufscenter.

Uns war nicht bewusst, dass kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. War kein Problem, wäre einfach etwas komfortabler gewesen. Allerdings müssten in diesem Fall auch mehr Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden sein.
