The place is beautiful, exceptionally well equipped and perfectly located. The staff always replied rapidly and kindly. I particularly appreciated the washing machine, the dryer rack, the full equipped kitchen and the practicality of the furniture given the small space available.
They ask you for an online verification and to pay a deposit before arrival. This was not specified upon reservation. Also I found the verification process a bit weird, I understand that is for their security, but you as a guest don't have any kind of guarantee.

The apartment is situated in an amazing location, offering convenient access to a multitude of attractions. Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, the National Gallery, and Trafalgar Square are all just a few minutes away, along with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to cater to your every need. Big Ben is also within a pleasant 30-minute walk, and St. James Park is nearby. The apartment itself was clean, and while small, it was comfortable. The host was friendly, easy to reach and easy to communicate with.
We found the absence of air conditioning in the apartment to be a downside, as the bedroom became very warm during our visit. London was experiencing a heatwave. While the host kindly provided a fan, its effectiveness was very limited. Additionally, the building is currently undergoing renovations, which resulted in workers being present directly outside the windows and the scaffolding blocking the view of the vibrant street below.

The location is outstanding, the apartment is clean, very, very small with a lot of furniture that makes it a little challenging to move around. The owner was very responsive. We had no working Internet and he had it fixed within the day.
The four flights of stairs were very hard to navigate with heavy luggage. The kitchen did not offer some essentials like cutlery, and wine glasses.
