Comfy beds & pillows and room was very clean. Hearty breakfast with plenty of delicious options. The hotel is beautiful and the pool area lovely and relaxing. Beatifully landscaped. Love that the hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. It's next to Agora Mall and Bravo supermarket. Plenty of restaurants and shops in that immediate area. Minimum street noise despite location. Wonderful stay!
The bathroom was missing a few amenities- shower gel needed refilling and no bar soap. We had to ask. One lightbulb was out. But overall the room was well-appointed. The restaurant's young wait staff was friendly but not very attentive. They served the wrong wine and then admitted the didnt have my selection, forgot to replace silverware after removing it, didn't replenish water, etc. Too many details missed.

Todo, me gustó la limpieza, la decoración, las habitaciones, la atención de el personal, el desayuno también estuvo muy bueno, en general me gustó mucho este Hotel.

Very centrally located in the heart of Santiago and conveniently connected to Agora mall. The hotel was extremely clean. The amenities were excellent and so was the staff. Breakfast buffet was great. I dom’t regret one bit of my stay
