This accommodation is run by a young couple.
There are no staff members on site 24 hours a day, but the owners are always responsive whenever you need assistance.
There is a laundry service available at the property, and there are plenty of toilets and bathrooms, as well as a kitchen that guests can use.
I have stayed in Pattaya Central many times while traveling, but this time I chose a place away from the busy center because I wanted to stay here while working. However, it only costs about 25 baht by Grab and takes less than 5 minutes to reach Central.
There is a night market and a convenience store right in front of the accommodation, and there is also a large supermarket nearby. This makes it convenient for long-term guests who may want to buy ingredients and cook their own meals.
I originally booked for two weeks and was planning to move on to Chiang Mai, but I decided to extend my stay for another month.
The Wi-Fi is fast, and each private room has a desk, which makes it a great environment for working.
There are also two cute cats named Oscar and Luna. Sometimes they come into the room, jump on the bed, and sleep next to me.
I am having a comfortable and safe stay here.
If you are looking for a quiet, clean place with good privacy, I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
