We really enjoyed our stay here the host was so lovely and accommodating. The room was very nice and such a comfortable bed. The shower and bathroom was very nice and we had everything we needed to do some cooking as well. The location is great as there was a laundromat, restaurants and convenience store all within a few minutes walk. We felt very safe as well and all the staff in the building were so kind.
The only issue we had was a light blew but the host answered our message straight away and it was fixed within 20 minutes so we are very grateful for how quickly she sorted it out.

La piscine , la salle de sport , la propreté
Nous avons réservé le logement pour 3 personnes, nous devions donc logiquement bénéficier comme indiqué dans la description du lit double et du canapé lit , après 2 vols intérieurs nous arrivons à l’hôtel vers 1h du matin, et nous retrouvons un logement préparé que pour 2 personnes… pas de canapé lit installé , même pas de draps pour l’installer nous même , que 2 serviettes de toilette etc…
Pas le choix que de dormir à 3 dans un lit.
En réponse à cela une mauvaise fois du propriétaire du logement ( car oui attention ce n’est pas un hôtel , mais un immeuble residence avec plusieurs appartements appartenant à des particuliers différents )
Bref le propriétaire nous dit qu’il aurait fallut lui dire qu’il fallait installer un extra bed , alors que la chambre a été réservé pour 3 personnes , c’était bien notifié et le prix correspondait également à une location pour 3! De plus un extra bed c’est quand on loue une chambre pour 2 et qu’on rajoute une personne , là le logement était louable pour 3 car 3 possibilités de couchage , donc c’est logique que si on fait une réservation pour 3 le minimum est d’au moins laisser a disposition le nécessaire pour pouvoir installer le canapé lit…
Très mauvaise mésaventure surtout après un voyage et une arrivée tardive.
