The house is very well located being only 5 mins walk from the town centre and from the car park where you need to park as there is no parking space at the house. The house is very characterful and quaint but also well-equipped and comfortable.
Although it sleeps 6, it suits a family rather than a group of friends as there is a single bed in one of the 2 double rooms and the other double room is accessed through a landing area which houses the other single bed. There is one bathroom and although there is a downstairs toilet this is outside the house in the small rear courtyard. The house is in a very narrow road which is tricky to find and access and you need to be adept at reversing and negotiating a tight bend if you are going to drop luggage off at the house by car.

The location was close to the town of topsham and we enjoyed the outdoor pool near by.
The games room, the open fire and the large bathroom.
The kitchen was very well equipped.
