The house is spectacular! Location is in the heart of the city, we eventually found free parking nearby - although we did go up a bus lane!
The doors are very thin - so noise when people came & went but no worse than a hotel - also a little confusing working out how to get in the actual building from the courtyard

Accommodation is a very beautiful historic building in the heart of the amazing old town of Le Mans.
I have stayed here many times over the years.
The location is perfect, it’s just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful pedestrian area with lots of lovely bars and restaurants, so the evening nightlife is really good, making this a very romantic experience.
The property itself very impressive with beautiful artwork on the walls and ceiling of the entrance rooms.
Even though it might not have all the top class modern facilities of a 5* hotel such as lifts and 24/7 staff, but it is beautifully and
lovingly decorated with quality furnishings .
Parking at the property itself is not always possible as there is just one parking space really, but there are several underground car parks nearby. It’s just slightly difficult to access some of them at the moment because there are some major roadworks going on in the city. I normally park at Le Prince Hotel & Spa parking which is €10 per night.
I will definitely stay there again next time I’m traveling through Le Mans.

l'emplacement était parfait, la taille de la chambre aussi avec deux enfants. On s'y sent comme à la maison.
