Easy to get to from GT. Clean. Reasonably priced.
The management company was not easy to work with. I called to report a leak (flooded under the sink). They asked for videos and pictures. Then said my pictures weren’t good enough. I explained it’s difficult to see water but that the cabinet, floor, under the dishwasher and fridge were all flooded. They told me it was a weekend, they’d see what they could do. Plumber came later in the day and again at 9:30 at night. Meanwhile, I returned (after dark) and my door access code didn’t work. They asked me to wait outside while they figured it out. They attempted to give me the code for the key box but that doesn’t work either. Fortunately, the plumber eventually returned and he had an access code. The management company called my back to insist they didn’t change the code. (Mine still didn’t work).
Also, the WiFi worked about 60% of the time. Management company couldn’t fix that either.
I liked the place - management company no so helpful. Although very friendly.
