The Space:
The apartment offers plenty of space for families and groups, with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with a large lounge, TV, air conditioning and direct access to the private outdoor area. It’s a comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Northbridge and Perth.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of bench space, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. There is also a dining area for shared meals.
Each bedroom is well presented with comfortable bedding and storage. The property also includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities for added convenience.
Guests can enjoy the private outdoor area as well as access to the shared swimming pool within the complex. Parking is also available (2m height restriction)

Located on James Street, the townhouse is right in the heart of Northbridge, one of Perth’s most vibrant inner-city neighbourhoods. Restaurants, cafés, bars, nightlife, public transport, Perth CBD, RAC Arena, Yagan Square and the Perth Cultural Centre are all within easy reach.
The property is also located close to the local police station, which adds a reassuring presence in this busy central area.
Please note: Due to its central location, some nightlife and street noise may be heard, particularly on weekends. This is part of Northbridge’s lively atmosphere, but the property may not be ideal for light sleepers or guests seeking an ultra-quiet stay.
Getting Around:
The property is well-connected, with easy access to public transport. A short walk will take you to bus stops and train stations, providing convenient routes to Perth CBD, the airport, and other popular destinations.

-A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 500AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
