Oaxaca de Juárez is waiting for you at this lovely bungalow. This second story, cozy 1-bedroom retreat offers a solar-heated swimming pool, exercise room, WiFi, and AC for your convenience. Relax in the living room after a day of exploring. Experience what Oaxaca de Juárez has to offer with a stay at our bungalows. Free shuttle service to El Centro ( downtown area) and free parking in our enclosed compound for guests with a car.
This is one of 5 bungalows within a walled compound. Your bungalow can sleep up to 4 people. It has a private bedroom with a queen size bed (sleeps 2) . With a comfortable fold-down sofa bed (1) in the living room, an additional twin can be added to the spacious area (1).
The bungalow has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.) with a cook top, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, and a table for dining. The private bath has both bath and pool towels. Ample storage throughout the bungalow for clothes, suitcases, etc.
Laundry service available at a low cost.
Four other bungalows are on our property making it an ideal place for family or group reunions. Bungalows are spaces throughout the property to maximize privacy and permit guests to live in multi-climate, garden environment with ample outdoor seating for relaxing.
The pool area is surrounded by a desert garden. The pool is solar heated for your comfort. Lounge chairs, umbrella, table and chairs, outdoor bathrooms and a shower make it a lovely place to read, relax and swim. The exercise room is conveniently located in the same area. The (unsupervised) exercise room has treadmill, elliptical, free weights, dumbbells, stability ball, yoga mats, bench, etc.
Our location is just outside of Oaxaca City. We offer airport pick up and return, and shuttle service to El Centro or downtown. Free parking in our enclosed compound is available for guests who wish to rent a car.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Bule Villas during Día de Muertos 2025. Our bungalow was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The beautiful gardens and pool provided us with a quiet retreat to relax between festivities. Debra and Victor are gracious hosts; warm, welcoming and attentive. They were also extremely generous with their time, providing pick up and drop off to the airport and around town as needed. Thank you, Debra and Victor!

First ever booking and guests to stay at this place, with no reviews, we were worried about it but turned out great!
Debra and Victor are awesome hosts, taking time to pick us up and drop us off at bus station when we arrived in and departed from Oaxaca for day of dead festivities. They offered great advice on how to attend the festivities, must visit places, restaurants to eat at, etc. And since they are 10-15 minutes outside Oaxaca Centro, the shuttle system they offered worked great for our needs to go back and forth. When we wanted to stay late, we just used a taxi for 250 pesos.
The cottage was comfortable, grounds and swimming pool excellent, breakfast superb, and the laundry service was awesome, the clothes were brought back ironed, I mean I'm on vacation, I don't bother with ironing :-)!!!
All in all, don't hesitate to book, its an awesome place to stay if you don't mind being in a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of Oaxaca Centro, we will be back...
