Villa Sentiero is a newly built, modern holiday home on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery of Istria. It is located nearby Pazin and only a 25-minute drive from Porec and beautiful beaches. In the private, fully fenced garden of 1400 m2 with maintained lawn, guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool, a summer kitchen with a charcoal grill and a shower/toilet, deck chairs and garden furniture for outdoor dining. For the youngest, there is table tennis and table football, and there is also a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the house. Several covered parking spaces are available in the yard.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The living room leads directly to the pool, garden and covered terrace with lounge furniture. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious covered terrace with a beautiful view of the green landscaped garden.
