First of all, the pictures look far better than the actual unit does. It is very weathered and worn. There was a horrible smell that made it difficult to enjoy the time there. We all had trouble sleeping the first night due to how bad the smell was. It was that familiar smell of aging wood, mildew, mold, etc... There was cockroach on the floor in the living room when we got there. It was an overall unpleasant experience. I will say this though; the view was absolutely amazing! I just wish we would have been able to enjoy the stay more, but the accommodations were very disappointing.

Room D303 has not been used in a while. When the sink, shower, or toilet came on brown water came out. The safe in the closet was detached from the wall and came crashing out and on the floor. Majoirity of the furniture is very old and needs replacing. The pans for frying is nasty and dirty. The lamp can't turn on because the knob is missing. Can't turn on the ceiling fan with leaving on the light. The twin beds in the loft are not leveled the feet sits higher than the head does.
